In order to participate in the TeleVisits:

  • Make Appointment Request here 
  • You will receive an email from us confirming your appointment and with a link to set up your Athena Patient portal. You must have a Patient Portal account to do a TeleVisit with us. Once enabled, you will receive an email with your username, temporary password and a link to the Athena Patient Portal. If you do not have a portal account or did not receive an email, please contact our clinic and request your patient portal details. 
  • After scheduling your TeleVisit appointment, you will receive an email confirmation with instructions on how to begin your visit. On the day of your appointment, a reminder email will be sent 90 minutes prior to your appointment time and a text reminder will be sent 10 minutes prior. You must utilise a smart device or computer with a camera and mic for the TeleVisit.
